So, here's my problem.
I crave crunchy things like, all the time.
I don't mean celery or any of that healthy stuff. I'm talking about a beautiful, salty, unhealthy potato chip!
I know what you're thinking....Miss Sweets! Just have some!!
No! I don't like peer pressure. Nor do I like gaining weight and having pimples all over my face.
What's the alternative, you ask?
None other than APPLE CHIPS! And guess what?! All you do is cut them REALLY thin, which I could not attempt successfully with a knife, throw them on a baking sheet, add cinnamon and/or sugar if you are so inclined, and bake at 100 C / 200 F for about 2 or so hours!
And enjoy something tasty and addictive that won't make you feel guilty!
