Paprika is my new favorite seasoning! Have you tried it yet? If not, you should stop reading this and go to the supermarket and buy some. My favorite thing about it is its sweet smell. You'll fall in love too, guaranteed.
You see, fresh food dies in our refrigerator. I'm a poor college student so I need to start using up as much as I can! I had tofu, onions and eggplant/aubergine that needed to be used, and they just happen to be some of my favorite foods!
Paprika and Olive Oil...a match made in heaven!

- Firm tofu
- Red onions
- 1 teaspoon Cilantro/Coriander, chopped
- 100g pasta
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- Olive oil
~ Drain the tofu and slice up however much you want into cubes
~ Chop the eggplant/aubergine and onions
~ Boil the pasta in salted water
~ Heat a frying pan with olive oil and paprika
~ While the pasta is cooking for about 10 minutes, cook the tofu in the pan
~ Add the eggplant/aubergine after about 5 minutes
~ Finally, add the onions towards the end of the tofu and eggplant/aubergine cooking
~ Drain the pasta, put into a plate and pour all the contents of the frying pan into the pasta
~ Add some salt and the cilantro/coriander and voila! All done!
